TRANSPORTATION COSTS FOR ORDERS BETWEEN 50 AND 100 EUROS: 35 EUROS
TRANSPORTATION COSTS FOR ORDERS FOR ORDERS BETWEEN 100 AND 500 EUROS: 25 EUROS
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS 500 EUROS AND ABOVE
Very fragile or heavy items may be shipped on a 60X80 cm wooden pallet.
Floor delivery may not be guaranteed.
Tabletop items (i.e. plates or smaller items) are sold as sets/multiples of 2, 4 or 6 depending on item size.
Price is always shown per unit.
Damaged items
In case your products are received broken or damaged, replacement will be free of charge.
Please contact us at support@virginiacasa.it including pictures of the damaged purchase.
In case of tampered or damaged package, please notify courier, immediately upon delivery.
Any collection of broken items (if required) and shipments/replacements, will be at our expense.

Our products are covered by a "satisfied or refunded" guarantee.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, goods can be returned by contacting us at return@ceramichevirginia.it, specifying order number and contact information shared during purchase.
A 15€ flat return fee applies.
Please note our goods are entirely handmade in ITALY any and small imperfections/minor color shades are to be intended as part of the uniqueness and nature of the product, not defects.
