LOVE VIRGINIA CASA 2026”

1) Promoter subject

This contest (“Contest”) is promoted by Ceramiche Virginia Srl, based at Via Virginio 378 – 50025 Montespertoli, Loc. Anselmo (FI), Tuscany, Italy, CF and P.IVA 00436100481, REA FI-227733, PEC ceramichevirginia@pec.it (hereinafter “Promoter”).

2) Purpose

The Contest aims to promote community photo and video content featuring Virginia Casa items (table, house, garden), encouraging the sharing of real-world user experiences.

3) Recipients and territory

Participation is free of charge and is open to persons of legal age residing in the European Union.

The following are excluded from the Contest: employees/collaborators of the Promoter and their cohabiting family members.

4) Duration

Participation (content publishing): from January 16 to February 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Italian time).

Finalist selection: February 2, 2026.

Voting: from February 2, 2026 to ’February 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM (Italian time).

Proclamation: February 9, 2026.

5) Participation methods

To participate you need:

1. follow the Instagram profile @VirginiaCasaStore;

2. publish 1 (one) piece of content only (photo or reel) in which a Virginia Casa article is clearly the protagonist;

3. insert into the caption:

tag @VirginiaCasaStore

official hashtag #LoveVirginiaCasa2026

4. maintain the public profile until February 9, 2026 (to allow for verification and possible voting).

If the content is not viewed/retrieved by the Promoter for technical or privacy reasons, participation may be invalid.

6) Content requirements

Only content is allowed:

original and relevant to the theme;

with the article Virginia Casa clearly visible and central;

respectful of people and context (no offensive, discriminatory, illegal or dangerous content);

free of featured third-party logos/brands (if not marginal or unavoidable).

Those who participate guarantee that they own the content and have the necessary authorizations (including consent to the use of the image of any recognizable persons).

7) Selection of the 10 finalists

Of all valid entries, the Promoter will select 10 finalist contents (“Finalists”) based on:

compliance with the requirements of the regulation,

centrality/readability of the article Virginia Casa,

overall quality and consistency of content.

The Finalists will be communicated via Stories and/or posts on the @VirginiaCasaStore profile.

8) Voting and identifying the winning person

Voting will take place through polls in the Stories of the @VirginiaCasaStore profile during the indicated period.

The Promoter can organize the voting in multiple rounds (e.g. knockout or group stage), communicating the Stories calendar.

The person whose content receives the most votes in the final poll/overall count communicated by the Promoter will be the winner.

In the event of a tie, the Promoter will determine the win by evaluating consistency with the theme and overall quality.

9) Award

The prize consists of:

n. 1 Virginia Casa Lantern, chosen by the Promoter from among the models available at the time of assignment.

Indicative value: up to €152.00 VAT included.

The prize is not convertible into cash or replaceable upon request.

10) Proclamation and award ceremony

The winning person will be announced on February 9, 2026 on Instagram (posts and/or Stories).

Within 48 hours of the announcement, the winning person must DM @VirginiaCasaStore the data needed for the shipment:

name and surname,

full address,

telephone number (for the courier),

email (if necessary).

The shipment will be made by February 10, 2026 (except due to force majeure). Arrival by February 14th is expected within the courier's timeframe.

If the winning person does not respond within 48 hours or does not provide valid data, the prize may be awarded to the runner-up (based on votes) or according to the Promoter's new indication.

11) Content Usage (UGC)

By participating, the public grants the Promoter a free, non-exclusive license to:

reshare content on Instagram (feed, Stories, reel),

publish it on the Promoter's website, newsletters and digital channels,

use it for communication activities related to the Contest and the brand.

License term: 12 months from proclamation.

Attribution: Profile tag, where technically possible.

You can always request removal from the Promoter channels by contacting the references indicated in point 14; removal will take place within a reasonable technical timeframe.

12) Processing of personal data

The data provided by the winning person will be used exclusively for the management of the Contest and the shipment of the prize and kept for the time necessary for the related obligations.

13) Limitations and responsibilities

The Promoter is not responsible for:

Instagram platform malfunctions,

connection errors,

privacy settings that prevent content from being displayed,

courier delays.

The Promoter reserves the right to exclude non-compliant participation and to intervene in the event of misconduct or attempts to manipulate the vote.
